Experience isn’t always the first thing to be mentioned when reading over an offensive lineman’s scouting report. Footwork, hand placement, anchor and demeanor are some traits that usually paint the picture of what fine-tunes a top-tier trench player. Not dismissing the value of physical attributes, but experience is an invaluable characteristic, as it isn’t something that can be coached up or learned over the span of a mini camp.
