MOBILE, Ala. — The 2021 Reese’s Senior Bowl will understandably have a different flavor this year. The media will be limited to a certain degree regarding interaction with players, personnel members and staff. The one-on-one conversations and the connections gained about the week may not be as prevalent compared to usual.
However, one thing remains constant: The rosters are loaded with talent.
In a mission to recruit the best talent with notable buzz coming from NFL front offices and scouting departments, Senior Bowl Executive Director Jim Nagy enters his third year with maybe his best roster yet.
During his two-year stint of taking over operations, 186 players that participated in the Senior Bowl have been drafted with 80 being selected within the first three rounds. That marks the best two-year draft record in the event’s 72-year history.
Headlined by a handful of Alabama offensive linemen, productive college quarterbacks and some promising non-FBS prospects, it seems that Nagy and company will continue to extend their impressive draft record.
