A lot of Josh Allen’s accuracy issues are tied to his footwork, that isn’t a secret. He has worked really hard this offseason at rectifying the issues so that he doesn’t replicate his 56.2% completion percentage on Sundays.
Today he reported to rookie minicamp and we got our first look at the new Bills quarterback. We got to see Quarterbacks Coach David Culley and new Offensive Coordinator Brian Daboll put Allen through drills. Sometimes fans don’t fully understand what the drills are aimed to achieve, so I put some clips together to help you understand. I believe agility drills like the one you are going to see will be the most important to his development. His inability to consistently remained balanced and in a throwing posture are directly related to a lot of his accuracy issues. I will have a more detailed breakdown next week, enjoy.
