The Hoss Concept is usually comprised of a hitch route by the #1 WR and a seam route by the #2 WR. But there are variations to the concept. Such as this Horse concept where the #1 is running a stop route instead of a hitch. Buffalo has also run a lot of slot fades by using their big WRs in the slot as you will see in some of the film. In 2018, Buffalo also ran this concept with the #2 running more of a slot fade than seam route. Here are a few examples….
