When Richie Incognito DMs you to create a national pancake video last minute, you hook him up! Music was chosen by him and it’s by the band Slipknot titled Duality.

Richie has been down to earth and approachable, consistently answering questions I have on techniques or defensive fronts that I see on film. It has been very helpful and allowed me to overcome hurdles in order to break down plays for the site.

Although the Bills season didn’t finish how we wanted it to, Incognito enjoyed another great season individually.

He finished the 2016 NFL Season graded as Pro Football Focus’ 6th best overall guard with an 87.2 overall grade. Including the 7th best grade at pass blocking (88.8) and registering a whopping 96.9 pass blocking efficiency by only allowing 23 total pressures in 573 pass snaps.

In the run game he was graded as the 7th best run blocking guard (84) and registered a handful of pancakes.
