Buffalo Bills Head Coach Sean McDermott hand-picked his defensive secondary when coming on board. One of his first signings was Jordan Poyer. Boy did he nail that signing, Poyer has been a quiet superstar in the league and is one-half of what many consider one of the better safety pairings in the NFL.
